Christie’s Middle East welcomes an exceptional sale season this autumn 2022 with a range of auctions, exhibitions and programming taking place in King Street. A selection of modern and contemporary works from leading 20th and 21st artists are presented across a live and online auction, taking place at King Street, London.
Iconic works from the Arab World and Iran, including strong quality examples from Etel Adnan, Monir Farmanfarmaian, Chafic Abboud and Kamal Boullata are met with fresh contemporary names like Ali Cherri, Dana Awartani, Ahmed Mater, and YZ Kami. These works from the most sought-after series are offered to meet both regional and growing international collectors’ interests.
Following a successful tour of Middle Eastern works brought to Christie’s Dubai gallery this September, a curated selection is on view during our Marquee 20/21 Frieze week, whilst our extended exhibition will take place just afterwards at King Street.
